The Beyond Bengaluru Cluster Seed Fund is a Government of Karnataka initiative providing early-stage risk capital to innovation-driven startups operating in Beyond Bengaluru districts. It is a SEBI-registered Category I AIF – Venture Capital Fund (Reg. No. IN/AIF1/22-23/1224).
To be eligible, an applicant must be:
A startup company in a target sector that meets all three eligibility criteria can apply.
Where the fund is focused.

The Beyond Bengaluru Cluster Seed Fund is a Government of Karnataka initiative, with KAMCO as Fund Manager and the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) as Strategic Partner. By submitting an application, startups acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Only Private Limited Companies incorporated in Karnataka and operating from a district in the Beyond Bengaluru region are eligible to apply. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee funding and creates no right, entitlement, or commitment on the part of the Government of Karnataka, KDEM, KAMCO, the Fund, or any committee.
- All applications are evaluated on a rolling basis. Selection is made at the sole discretion of the Fund's committees and Fund Manager, whose decisions are final.
- Any investment is subject to completion of due diligence, legal and financial compliance, execution of a term sheet and definitive agreements, and applicable SEBI and other regulatory requirements.
- Eligibility criteria, sectors, focus clusters, evaluation parameters and process timelines may be revised, suspended or withdrawn by the Department / Fund at any time without prior notice.
- Information submitted may be shared with the Department, committees, KDEM, KAMCO and their advisors, strictly for evaluation and administration of the Fund. By applying, startups consent to such use.
- Applicants are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide. Misrepresentation may lead to disqualification.
