Role & Responsibilities

  • Work and manage the program activities for IT, BPM & GCC Investments for the State
  • Work in close coordination with the HOD to ensure execution of focus area strategy and plan for attracting and relevant companies
  • Build sector expertise, understand, and analyze the regulations, policies and trends concerning the sector
  • Support the policy outreach to make Industry aware about the state policies and its benefits for expansion and new investments
  • Build relationships with technology research organizations/academic institutions to explore opportunity of collaboration with respective ecosystem
  • Work on supporting the talent requirement for IT, BPM & GCC in the clusters
  • Doing end-to-end program management of events, discussions, workshops, roadshows to amplify KDEM promotion and engage all stakeholders
  • Build and maintain segment database to track progress and growth
  • Interact across all levels of engagement which includes representatives from government departments, industry, and industry associations to coordinate with them on vertical specific activities
  • Work closely and build strong relationship with NASSCOM, IESA, ASSOCHAM and COE’s

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education & Experience

Essential: Graduate

Desirable: MBA from premier institute.

Relevant experience 7+ years

  • Experience in either IT, ITES or GCC
  • Exposure to SEZ-STPI/Marketing/ Branding/ Government Affairs
  • Strong industry connects externally and internally will be a great advantage



Overall Total work experience of 7+ years


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Possess and demonstrate passion for the focus area ecosystem.
  • Bring in prior experience of understanding the complexities in the IT, BPM & GCC ecosystem
  • Experience in handling Government Relations, stakeholder management of corporates & senior management and investors.
  • Proficiency in doing extensive secondary research, making impactful presentations using power-point, and writing concept notes
  • Have an understanding on Policy and Regulations in this ecosystem
  • Background or exposure to marketing & community partnership
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills
  • Resourceful and ability to operate in a fast-changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and handling a variety of responsibilities.
  • Ability to take sound decision based on evidence.
  • Passion to succeed and go getter!
  • Demonstrated high standard of ethics and integrity.
