Summary
Mr. Prashanth Prakash addressed the crowd about the startups that have scaled up in Bangalore and what Mysore can do in the startup space to get on par with the capital city. He believes that progress happens over time. “For us to expect something unique for Mysore to offer, it will take its time. For now, we must leverage the resources available to us and keep working on progressing to the best of our abilities.”
Mr. Naidu emphasized the importance of empowering women and creating more opportunities for them in the entrepreneurial space. He believes women have tremendous potential and can significantly contribute to the country’s growth. He also shared some remarkable success stories, with 36 new companies developing Beyond Bengaluru. Mysuru is emerging as a leader in the developmental aspect and will serve as a role model for other clusters. Additionally, Mysuru is transforming into a start-up and cybersecurity hub, a significant step in the right direction. He commended Mr. Sudhanva Dhananjaya, Mr. Madan Padaki and Ms. Shravani Pawar for driving TiE in Mysuru, Bengaluru and Hubli, respectively.
Mr. Naidu’s words were a testament to the power of vision and the potential of cities Beyond Bengaluru. “With quality infrastructure, seed funds and start-ups coming up, Mysuru will lead the way and scale new heights, putting India on the map.”
