KDEM Fellowship Programme

KDEM Fellowship provides young professionals an opportunity to be part of an exciting team which works on policy drafting, advocacy and implementation aimed at fostering innovation and Startups ecosystem in Karnataka. The position will also give you an excellent opportunity to be mentored by the whos’ who of the Tech industry and the industry organisations. The fellowship is an opportunity for young professionals to contribute towards creating social and economic impact at scale while building their own leadership skills and entrepreneurial abilities.
As an KDEM Fellow, you will work with one of our verticals full time for a period of 11 months as a part of a structured program that includes but isn’t limited to:

Note: The candidates should hold an Indian passport or should be eligible to hold one.
Note: The candidates should hold an undergraduate degree before joining the KDEM fellowship. Those who are going to graduate shortly after the commencement of the fellowship cannot join the program.
The KDEM fellowship offers an opportunity to be mentored by the Senior Leadership of KDEM and other industries associated with KDEM for eleven months. The benefits of the KDEM fellowship experience are as follows:

Selection process

Each year, the KDEM Fellowship will accept a maximum of 8 Fellows into the program. The candidates will be selected after a rigorous process. The process will involve three stages as follows:-

1. Paper submission on specific subject
