Position Summary
The Program Manager will play a critical role in implementing and managing initiatives to strengthen Karnataka’s IT Products, BPM, and GCC ecosystem. This role involves working closely with the Vice President to develop and execute strategies, address industry challenges, manage stakeholder relationships, and execute programs aimed at attracting investments, fostering innovation, and creating employment opportunities in the sector.

Program Design and Implementation
- Develop and execute strategies in consultation with the Vice President to promote IT, BPM, and GCC sectors in Karnataka.
- Assist in creating roadmaps for technology adoption and development in the IT Products and GCC space.
- Facilitate the planning and development of Technology Parks beyond Bengaluru to attract investments.
- Implement frameworks for monitoring, evaluating, and improving program performance.
Stakeholder Engagement

Ecosystem Development
- Support initiatives, in consultation with the Vice President, to position Karnataka as a global hub for Engineering, R&D, and IT Products.

- Enable partnerships for innovation through incubators, accelerators, and Centres of Excellence (COEs).
Data and Insights Management
- Maintain a comprehensive database of IT, BPM, and GCC companies to track progress.
- Provide analytics and insights to inform strategies, as guided by the Vice President, for program improvements.

1. Educational Qualification:
- Mandatory: B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Science preferred).

The government of Karnataka established the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) with the support of industry associations.
