Mangaluru cluster anchor, Mukesh hosted a startup clinic on “Government Funding and Grants” to Mangaluru startups and guided on tapping into these valuable resources to fuel their startup’s growth in TiE Mangaluru’s first event.
The session was packed with inspiration and invaluable insights as Shyamprasad Hebbar, Senior Vice President of GlowTouch Technologies,
shared the awe-inspiring growth story of the company. From its humble beginning as a 3-member team in #Mangalore back in 2002, the company has blossomed into a global powerhouse with 3000 employees with operations spanning across 6 locations in 4 countries.
But that’s not all! We were also privileged to have Gaurav Kamath ಗೌರವ್ ಕಾಮತ್ Kamath, the driving force behind MicroDegree, share his fascinating experiences, shedding light on the path to building a successful startup. Gaurav’s journey is an inspiration in itself, as he openly discussed his three previous failures before finding success with MicroDegree. His resilience, perseverance, and valuable lessons learned along the way captivated the audience, showcasing that failure is not the end but rather a stepping stone towards growth and achievement.
Adding to the enriching experience, we hosted a Startup Clinic on “Government Funding and Grants,” expertly led by Mukesh S from #KDEM. Attendees gained practical knowledge and guidance on tapping into these valuable resources to fuel their startup’s growth.
