Goals
- To Raise awareness about the challenges that women face in society and the need for collective action to address these issues.
- To promote & act upon W@W initiative which aims at amplifying and augmenting the industry efforts in increasing the women participation in the workforce in Karnataka.
- Empower women with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to overcome barriers and achieve their personal and professional goals.
- Provide a platform for women to share their stories, voice their concerns, and advocate for policy changes and systemic reforms that promote gender equality.
- Foster a sense of community and solidarity among women from diverse backgrounds and communities.
- Promote and showcase women-led businesses, ideas, and products to a wider audience.
- Inspire and encourage women to pursue their passions and dreams, despite the challenges they may face.
- Create a safe and inclusive space for women to connect, network, and support one another.
IMPACT POINTS
Created A platform: The event served as a platform for women to share their stories, voice their concerns, and advocate for policy changes and systemic reforms that promote gender equality. This event bought women leaders from corporates, academicians, skilling partners and entrepreneurs to act upon W@W initiative and share their knowledge, products and best practices with us.
Stalls: Women entrepreneurs were given the opportunity to showcase their businesses, ideas, and products at the event through stalls.
Raised awareness: The event raised awareness about the barriers that women face in society and highlighted the need for collective action to address these issues.
Empowerment: Through workshops, keynote speeches, and panel discussions, the event empowered women with the knowledge and skills they need to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
