Women@Work Shakthi
Women@Work Shakthi
In pursuit of bolstering women’s participation in the workforce, collaborative efforts across various sectors are deemed crucial. Such initiatives not only enhance a nation’s economic prosperity but also stimulate overall economic growth by amplifying consumer spending, investment, and tax revenues. Countries that prioritize the inclusion of women in the workforce tend to be more competitive, as they tap into the full potential of their population, positioning themselves at the forefront of innovation and economic advancement.
To further this cause, KDEM is launching the Women@Work Initiative, featuring a student short film competition. In this competition, students are invited to create 3-minute videos that sensitize viewers to the significance of women’s participation in the workforce.
