Emerging tier-2 and tier3 cities in India house up to 15% of tech talent pool and can drive 50%cost savings for India’s $245-billion technology landscape, said a report released by Deloitte India and Nasscom on Tuesday. This includes regions like Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Indore, Jaipur, Kochi, Mysuru, Warangal, Hubli, Madurai, Raipur, Guwahati and Vishakhapatnam among others.
