India and EU on Friday signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on semi-conductors to build robust supply chains. The MoU was signed by Ashwini Vaishnaw, Minister of Electronics, IT & Communications and Thierry Breton, European Commissioner for Internal Markets.
