Gujarat 5th in number of startups in India – The Times of India

The Lok Sabha data indicated that Gujarat had the fifth highest number of startups recognized by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade ( DPIIT ) in 2022 at 2,263 Maharashtra topped the list at 4,768, followed by Uttar Pradesh (2,559), Delhi (2,558) and Karnataka (2,547)
