Semiconductor cos globally preferring India to set up facilities: Chip War author – Republic World

Chips coming to India: Many multinational firms prefer setting up offices for semiconductors in India, owing to the intense work force working on chip design in the country, Tufts University lecturer and Chip War author Chris Miller has said. Speaking at the Tamil Nadu Global Investors Meet 2024, Miller also said more people in India are working on semiconductor design in contrast to rest of the world.
