French technology major Thales has plans to recruit more than 9,000 employees worldwide this year, including 450 in India, as it continues to expand its operations across defence, aerospace and cybersecurity.
The company in a statement on Monday said it will hire talent across hardware, software and systems domains at its Engineering Competence Centres in Bengaluru and Noida, along with other functional roles.
Over the past five years, the firm said it has recruited at least 8,000 employees annually to support growth across its three business sectors.
