The DC said the aim of the proposed Skill Development & Rehabilitation Centre for Youth affected from Drug Abuse is to impart requisite trainings relate to different market oriented trades to the affected youth to enable them to get maximum skilling opportunities and enhanced job opportunities/placement so that they earn their livelihood with dignity and honour.
