The University Grants Commission (UGC) approved the Guidelines for the Introduction of ShortTerm Skill Development Courses in Higher Educational Institutes (HEIs). The draft will be made public for feedback. The guidelines allow anyone eligible for admission to an undergraduate program to pursue credit linked short term skill development certificate courses.
