With rapid changes in technology, the need for upskilling and reskilling are a must today, specially in tech roles.We spoke to Kirti Seth, CEO of IT/ITES Sector Skills Council, Nasscom, to understand how the skilling ecosystem is shaping up to meet this challenge.
