Security Protocols and Guidelines
- All the visitor entry will be through Infosys Gate No 2.
- Visitors pass with lanyard will be issued at Gate 2 reception area.
- All participants must carry a Govt photo ID for security clearance at Entry Gate.
- Only Registered Participants will be allowed.
- Collection of event badges from the Counters at Gate 2 Reception Area.
- Declaration of personal laptops.
- As per security protocol wearing of event badges are mandatory while being at the campus.
- Guests must co-operate with standard security checks of Identity and luggage scanning/screening.
- Carriage and consumption of Alcoholic Beverages inside the campus is strictly NOT PERMITTED.
- The Campus is a Non-Smoking / Green Campus. Smoking inside the Campus, Rooms and at any place is strictly prohibited.
- Entry is prohibited to restricted areas / buildings. Security Guards will help and direct you accordingly.
- Photography is prohibited inside the buildings.
- In the event of any emergency, our Disaster Recovery Representatives (DRRs) will reach you and lead you to the designated Safe Assembly Points (SAP).
- Campus has a 24/7 ‘Occupational Health Center’ and pharmacy managed by Apollo Hospitals.
