Assocham Proposes CGST, IGST Act Amendments For Levy On Intermediary Services To Foreign Entities – Business World

The government must issue appropriate notifications or introduce suitable amendments in the central goods and services tax (CGST) and integrated GST Act to determine the type of levy on intermediary services provided from India to entities outside India, said industry body Assocham in a report.
