Beyond IT: Startup India supports art, photography, fashion ventures – The Hindu Business Line

A recent reply in Parliament shows that the Centre has been recognising startups in 57 sectors under the Startup India initiative launched in 2016. The Government said that the number of recognised startups in India has increased from 428 in 2016 to 98,119 as of April 30, 2023.
