Bharat Innovates 2026: IIT Madras’ $100 Million MoUs to Create New Opportunities for Students, Researchers & Startups

At the Bharat Innovates 2026 event held in Nice, France, the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) and IITM Global achieved a major milestone by exchanging seven commercial and two institutional Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs). According to the institute, these agreements have the potential to generate nearly $100 million in economic value, marking a significant step forward for India’s education, research and innovation ecosystem.
