Data centre hiring to rise, permanent jobs limited

India’s expanding data-centre pipeline is set to drive a steady increase in hiring, led largely by temporary construction jobs in the near term, while permanent, high-skill roles in operations, engineering and cybersecurity are expected to emerge gradually as facilities become fully operational.
