Government intends to formulate preferential public procurement policy , ensuring support for local startups , said ITBT minister Priyank Kharge. He was addressing the 3rd edition of Techceleration , a flagship event spotlighting Karnataka s IT, ESDM, and S&T sectors in the HubballiDharwadBelagavi (HDB) cluster, hosted by the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) in Belagavi on Friday.
