Union Minister of Electronics and Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw on Wednesday said that India s semiconductor mission is focussed on talent development and designing the entire chip. Speaking at the World Economic Forum annual meeting, Ashwini Vaishnaw said, the biggest priority is on design that is where we have a very big strength.
