IT co HCLTech reverts to pre-Covid bonus policy

During the pandemic, the company had decided to pay 100% EPB irrespective of performance. The company said this was done to support employees during the pandemic. HCLTech’s note also says those on the bench will not get any performance bonus. In case an employee resigns, no performance bonus will be paid for the entire quarter.
