Byju’s on Wednesday said it is not party to a fresh lawsuit filed by its lenders in a US court where they have alleged that the startup, through its US subsidiary Byju’s Alpha, has transferred $533 million to a lesser known Florida-based hedge fund Camshaft Capital.
