Ganderbal, Jan 23: In a landmark event dedicated to fostering innovation in Northeastern India, Union Territories, and Hill States, the Centre for Innovations in Public Systems (CIPS) organized its first ever award ceremony in collaboration with the Government Innovation Lab (GIL), Government of Meghalaya.
