Chandigarh: In the works for more than five years and after multiple drafts, the Chandigarh Startup Policy is yet to get the final nod for implementation The latest of the many contentious issues delaying its finalization revolves around which government entity under the policy should select and disburse the policy corpus of Rs 10 crore to startups for their development
