India’s semiconductor industry is riding a wave of momentum unlike any it has seen before — new chip manufacturing plants, OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) facilities, design centers, and a fresh crop of startups are all coming up in parallel. The opportunity is real. What holds it back is a shortage of industry-ready talent.
