With three MoUs inked with ecosystem partners, launch of 37 products and solutions developed by startups and the unveiling of biotechnology policy and AVGC (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming and Comics) policy, the Bengaluru Tech Summit concluded on Friday. This week, 18 Indian startups have collectively raised around Rs.60 million. This includes one growth stage deal and 14 early-stage funding deals. Details of three startups funding deal remained undisclosed. Last week, 22 startups raised about Rs.113 million including three growth stage and 11 early-stage deals (amount of eight deals was undisclosed).

The shortlist of selected startups will be unveiled at the GAFX event scheduled to be held in Bengaluru in January 2024. Following the accelerator programme, mentoring sessions in the upcoming month will provide the startups with guidance from Games24x7 and AWS experts, along with AWS credits. The programme will culminate with an exclusive investor session in the first week of March 2024.
