Lucknow: With an estimate of $ 67 billion market opportunity in health tech sector by 2030 in India, Uttar Pradesh can lead world order, said Arvind Kumar, director general of software technology parks of India (STPI), an autonomous society under ministry of electronics and information technology (MeitY) whose prime role is to promote software exports from India and act as holding hand for upcoming startups in IT sector.
