According to a Nasscom report, India currently has over 1,580 Global Capability Centers (GCCs). More than 16 lakh people work in these. NASSCOM expects the number of GCCs in India to increase to 2,000 by 202627. Both EY and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) estimate that by 2030 the number of working people in the GCC will increase to 4.5 million.
