GCCs contribute over 40% to India’s office leasing in 2025: Report

India’s office real estate market clocked an all-time high last year, with Global Capability Centres (GCCs) accounting for more than 40 per cent of total gross office leasing across top seven cities, reveals a new report.

According to the latest study by FICCI-ANAROCK titled ‘Workplaces 2025: India Commercial Real Estate Reimagined’, India is on track to host over 2,400 GCCs by 2030, employing more than 2.8 million professionals.
