Two-day Coastal Startup Festival in Mangaluru from March 28

A joint initiative of Atal Incubation Centre, Nitte, K-Tech Innovation Hub, and the NITTE-Government of Karnataka Centre of Excellence in Aquamarine Innovation, the festival will be held at Fiza by Nexus Mall in the city. Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) is the strategic partner of the festival.

GCCs contribute over 40% to India’s office leasing in 2025: Report

India’s office real estate market clocked an all-time high last year, with Global Capability Centres (GCCs) accounting for more than 40 per cent of total gross office leasing across top seven cities, reveals a new report.

According to the latest study by FICCI-ANAROCK titled ‘Workplaces 2025: India Commercial Real Estate Reimagined’, India is on track to host over 2,400 GCCs by 2030, employing more than 2.8 million professionals.
